Robotics 100
Grade Level: 6th – 8th
Cost of class: $450 per semester* (one-semester course offered 1st & 2nd semester)
IMPORTANT: Each student will need a laptop or tablet with WiFi access for use in class.

Note: Supplies will be provided when students are in person for class.
Dive into the exciting world of robotics in this hands-on, one-semester elective! Students will explore the fundamentals of robotics, including designing, building, and programming robots to complete fun and engaging challenges. Using beginner-friendly tools and software, students will learn how to bring their robots to life. Through teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving, students will tackle real-world-inspired tasks like obstacle courses, object transport, and more. No prior experience is needed—just a curious mind and a love for learning! Each student will need a laptop or tablet with WiFi access for use in class. First-semester material is repeated in 2nd semester – enroll in one or the other only.
Class meets weekly for 1.5 hours and will include lectures and activities.
